User Terms of Service

The terms of service for the flight simulator center “28LEFT TRAVELERʼS LOUNGE” operated by 28LEFT Inc.
(hereinafter “the Company”) are set forth below.

Article 1: Definitions
The following terms used in the Terms shall have the meanings specified below.
"User" refers to an individual who uses the Service upon agreeing to the Terms.
"Service" refers to the services provided by the Company under the Terms to users of the System. The content and types of services may be modified or improved at the discretion of the Company.
The Terms apply to both the Company and the User in relation to the use of the Service.
Article 2: User Responsibilities

Users shall use the Service in accordance with the Terms.
If a User causes damage to the Company in connection with the Service, regardless of the reason, the User shall be liable to compensate the Company for such damage. However, this shall not apply in cases of intentional misconduct or negligence on the part of the Company.

Article 3: Membership System
  1. 1. Individuals enrolled in private pilot, commercial pilot, instrument rating, or university pilot training programs, or who already hold a domestic or overseas pilot license and aim to become professional pilots (e.g., for airlines or commercial operators), may register as Trainee Members under the Pilot Support Program and use the facility at a discounted rate upon meeting the prescribed conditions.
  2. Users may register as Club Members by paying a designated fee, which entitles them to discounts and various other benefits.

Article 4: Prohibited Acts

The following acts are prohibited when using the Service.
The Company may, at its discretion, refuse service without consent if any of the following acts are committed.

  1. Acts that violate the Terms
  2. Submitting false information on application forms
  3. Impersonating a third party
  4. Unauthorized use of the service or causing others to use it without authorization
  5. Interfering with or potentially causing harm to the Service or the Company
  6. Infringement or potential infringement of rights of the Company or any third party
  7. Collecting or attempting to collect personal information of other users
  8. Acts contrary to public order, morality, or general social norms
  9. Damaging the equipment or fixtures of this facility
  10. Possession of alcohol, drugs, firearms, or knives
  11. Acts of violence or defamation against the Company or other customers
  12. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company
Article 5: Disclaimers
  1. If a User causes trouble or damage to another party while using the Service, the issue shall be resolved between the parties involved, and the Company shall bear no responsibility.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for any interception or leakage of information through email or other electronic communication with Users. Please also refer to our Privacy Policy.
  3. The Company shall not be held responsible for any damages resulting from changes, suspension, or termination of the Service. The Company shall not be liable for any.
Article 6: Suspension of Service

The Company may temporarily suspend the Service without prior notice or consent of
Users if it determines any of the following conditions apply.

  1. Regular or emergency maintenance
  2. Inability to provide the Service due to fire, power outage, etc.
  3. Inability to provide the Service due to natural disasters such as earthquakes, eruptions, floods, or tsunamis
  4. Inability to provide the Service due to war, civil unrest, riots, or labor disputes
  5. Other operational or technical reasons that justify temporary suspension
Article 7: Compensation for Damages
In the event of intentional damage to equipment or facilities, or violence, the User shall
be liable for all resulting damages, including business loss compensation.
Article 8: Copyright
  1. Users may not use any information provided through the Service beyond the scope of personal use as defined under copyright law, without the rights holderʼs permission
  2. In the event of a violation of this Article that results in a problem, the User shall resolve the matter at their own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any harm or inconvenience to the Company.
Article 9: Amendments to the Terms
The Company may revise the Terms in accordance with Article 548-4 of the Civil Code.
Any changes to the Terms shall become effective when posted on this website.
Article 10: Governing Law
The interpretation of the Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
Article 11: Jurisdiction
In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the use of the Service, the Osaka
District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

Supplementary Provision
These Terms shall be enacted and enforced as of June 24, 2025.

(hereinafter "the Company") hereby establishes the following Privacy Policy, builds a framework for the protection of personal information, and ensures that all employees fully recognize the importance of safeguarding personal data and are thoroughly engaged in its protection, thereby promoting the secure handling of such information.

The Company strives to keep customersʼ personal information accurate and up to date.
To protect such data from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or leakage, we implement appropriate security measures and manage it with strict care.

  2. When disclosure is necessary to provide services requested by the customer and the information is disclosed to a contractor entrusted with the relevant operations
  3. When disclosure is required by law
  4. When the Company determines that it is necessary to protect an individualʼs life, body, or property.
  5. When the Company determines that it is especially necessary for the public interest, such as cooperating with a national or local government agency, or an entity entrusted by such agency, to perform duties as prescribed by law.
  6. When the Company determines that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights or interests of the customer or the Company
  7. When handling of personal information is outsourced to the extent necessary for the execution of the Companyʼs business operations.
Security Measures for Personal Information

While the Company takes reasonable and strict safety measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage of personal information, we shall not be held responsible for any such incidents caused by circumstances beyond our control in cases such as the following.

  1. Disclosure of personal information by the customer in a publicly accessible online
    environment
  2. Disclosure of personal information on websites not managed by the Company
  3. Leakage of personal information due to issues with the customer's device or misuse of passwords under the customerʼs control
  4. Mistakes in the email address entered by the registrant in forms
Customer Requests Regarding Personal Information
If a customer wishes to access, correct, or delete their own personal information, we will respond appropriately upon confirming the customerʼs identity.
Compliance with Laws and Policy Review
This policy may be subject to change. The Company complies with applicable Japanese laws and regulations related to the handling of personal information and will review and improve this policy as necessary. Changes to this policy will become effective upon being posted on this website.
